Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policy

Shipping:

  • Standard shipping (2-5 days) within Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands is FREE with your order.

  • Orders are prepared within 48 hours on business days (excluding Spanish holidays).

  • All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Madrid (Spain), so they should arrive in perfect condition. If, however, this is not the case, please contact us so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

  • Due to the high volume of shipments during events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or special campaigns, some deliveries may experience delays. If your order hasn't been delivered in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.

Exchanges & Returns – Risk-Free Shopping:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. At New Citizen, we have complete confidence in the quality of our garments, but we know that shopping online can raise doubts.

That’s why we offer FREE exchanges and returns within 30 days on all orders (within Spain).

If you don’t like it, it doesn’t fit, or you simply need a different size, you can exchange or return your order at no additional cost.

This ensures that every purchase is completely risk-free: you choose, try, and decide with peace of mind.

IMPORTANT:

  • The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

  • During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas campaigns, we extend the exchange and return period until January 31 to ensure gifts are fully enjoyed and the right size for recipients.

  • Exchanges and returns are free of charge (for orders within Spain), including pickup and/or reshipping. All requests will be handled via email.

  • In case of a product return, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

  • International exchanges: First, a return must be made at a cost of €10. Once the store credit is received, it can be used to place a new order for the desired exchange.

  • Products eligible for exchange or return must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging to be accepted. It is also the customer’s responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure the returned products arrive in perfect condition.
