These General Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website www.newcitizenbrand.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), owned by New Citizen with a registered office at Calle de los Cedros 79 (Madrid).

Through its site www.newcitizenbrand.com, New Citizen provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Users accessing these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in these General Terms, as applicable to them.

Access to and/or use of this portal of New Citizen constitutes the condition of USER, who accepts these General Terms of Use from the moment of such access and/or use. These terms will apply regardless of the General Terms of Contracting that may become binding.

AVAILABILITY

New Citizen informs the USER that the number of available units is kept up to date with the stock available in the warehouse and availability from our suppliers. Under no circumstances will New Citizen intentionally sell more units than those it has or that the supplier has reserved.

New Citizen will make every effort to satisfy all its Users' demand for products. However, on occasion, due to causes difficult to control by New Citizen, such as human errors or issues in computer systems, the quantity finally provided by the supplier may differ from the order placed by New Citizen to meet the Users’ orders.

In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the User will be informed via email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the User to cancel the entire order. If the User wishes to return the delivered product due to this cancellation, they must follow the procedures outlined in the Returns section.

PRICES

All product prices displayed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, depending on the location of the order, shipping costs may not be included, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the USER.

PAYMENT

The USER agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price listed on the website for each product offered will include the applicable shipping fees. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the User prior to finalizing the purchase.

The User must pay the corresponding amount for their order via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, or other similar cards). The User must notify New Citizen of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, via email (sales@newcitizenbrand.com), as soon as possible so that New Citizen can take appropriate action.

SECURITY

New Citizen uses security measures provided by Shopify Payments. Additionally, the payment process operates on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it can only be understood by the User’s and the Website’s computers. By using SSL protocol, it guarantees:

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the order is finalized, meaning with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and confirmation of the purchase process, New Citizen will always send an email to the User confirming the details of the purchase made.

New Citizen holds all rights to the content, design, and source code of this website and, in particular, but not limited to, the texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, and data included on the Website.
